The Daily Harry Potter

As the Hogwarts Express hurtles towards Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, I sit in my compartment with a smile on my face. I’ve just bought one of everything from the trolley, and I can’t wait to try all the magical treats on offer.

I have a Chocolate Frog, a packet of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans, some Pumpkin Pasties, a Cauldron Cake, and a bottle of Pumpkin Juice. As I unwrap the Chocolate Frog, it suddenly jumps out of my hand and starts to hop around the compartment. I quickly catch it and sit it back on the seat, feeling slightly embarrassed.

I decide to try the Pumpkin Pasties next, and they don’t disappoint. The flaky pastry is filled with a deliciously spiced pumpkin filling that tastes like autumn in a bite. I then move on to the Cauldron Cake, which is a chocolate cake shaped like a cauldron and filled with creamy, marshmallow filling. It’s rich and decadent, and I feel like I’m indulging in a truly magical treat.

Next up are the Every Flavour Beans. I close my eyes and pop one into my mouth, not knowing what flavour I’ll get. The first one tastes like banana, and I breathe a sigh of relief. But the second one tastes like dirt, and I can’t help but scrunch up my face in disgust. Despite the occasional odd flavour, I find myself unable to stop eating them, eager to see what strange taste I’ll get next.

Finally, I take a sip of the Pumpkin Juice. It’s refreshing and sweet, with just a hint of pumpkin spice. I feel like I’m drinking the essence of autumn, and I can’t help but smile.

As the train approaches Hogsmeade Station, I pack up the remnants of my feast and feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. I know that this is just the beginning of my magical journey at Hogwarts, and I can’t wait to see what other adventures await me.
